Mum changes a nappy using only her feet

There's not much to add to this clip of 'Barb', other than to say it's a little bit more impressive than this, and a lot more impressive than this (which is fake - can you work out how he did it?).
UPDATE: A bit more digging reveals that this is Barb Guerra. When she was two, she climbed up an electricity transformer near her house, grabbed hold of the live wires, and both her arms were burned 'to charcoal' (in her words). This video must be pretty old, because she now has two kids, aged 6 and 10. She's now a bodybuilder, with her own website, called Fitness Unarmed
