We're back...

Hello, if you chance upon this. Damian will be here soon I trust. To update: Celebrity Big Brother starts tomorrow. Ulrika will be in the House, so they say. She's been paid a fortune to be there, apparently so she can tell us about her love life. Don't we know about this already? I think Celebrity BB might benefit from the cold and people staying in, cleaving to their TV sets for warmth. The House is very luxorious too apparently. It was nice to see Chantelle on BBC Breakfast this morning saying - well - still the same few words ("It was really good fun, I loved it") that she has said ever since winning back in 1974, or that's what it feels like. Ah, George Galloway pretending to be Rula Lenska's cat. Halcyon days. This year: names vaunted so far... Verne Troyer (Mini-me in Austin Powers), Lucy Pinder (glamour model), Tommy Sheridan, Ulrika of course, ex-boybander Ben Adams, Paul Michael Glaser from Starsky and Hutch... in short, not exactly hands in the air in sheer delight territory just yet.

Ooohhh how exciting! (No I don't get out much. Thanks for asking).

Hope everybody is in good health
I've never watched CBB before, apart from the Jade oxo cube rant, so I'm expecting greatness. Snort.

Hi and a big Happy New Year to Tim, Damian and Daphne and all others who'll be dropping in.

Is former Sugababe Mutya Buena still on the Possibles list? Let it be so...

I shall be out tomorrow evening so will have to watch the launch on Ch4+1. Curse these social obligations.

Ooooooooo it's good to be back again! I do enjoy CBB - three weeks is just about right for my tolerance levels.

Shame that there's no 'continuous' live feed this time - I still have happy memories of watching Dirk cook breakfast for Jermaine.

Roll on Friday night!

All present and correct (almost) for scintillating, hard-hitting and in-depth debate on the most superficial TV event of the year!

Can't wait to get going...

Aha, found you ... am so longing for the kickoff tonight. Hansgruber said he MIGHT join us, I'll keep on nagging him.

Oh yes, Happy New Year etc. etc. to you all.

Can hardly think due to the sniffles but feels right to be back here again.

Thank God the festive season is over.

All the best for 2009.
