The biggest surprise from Dark Knight yet: Harley Quinn?

Picture_2 UK Management company RDF has added the role of 'Harley Quinn' in Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight to the bio for one of their clients, Sarah Jayne Dunn.

Sarah Jayne is best known in the UK as aspiring model Mandy Richardson in the long-running teen soap Hollyoaks

In the DC comics canon, Harley is The Joker's therapist, Harleen Quinn, who gets mixed up in a weird folie a deux love affair with the Clown Prince of Crime and joins his gang.

How much of this story will be included in Dark Knight? Warners aren't saying.

What a mixed bag of emotions I'm feeling right now.
HQ could be a great addition to The Dark Knight, but Nolan could possibly be trying to cram to many characters in to what sounds like an already crammed story (Spiderman 3 anyone? No?)
Then again, Nolan did such a good job with Batman Begins there really shouldn't be anything to worry about.
Saying that, this Sarah Jayne Dunn is best known for Hollyoaks...

I feel much the same way: I have asked RDF & Warners for more detail but if I had to guess at this stage I'm saying ' cameo appearance as a therapist in Arkham' rather than the full costumed Harley.

That sounds more likely, but do you think it could be a cameo appearance in order to set up a story line for the third (if there is one) film?
I suppose that all depends on the fate of the Joker at the end of TDK. As long as Nolan stays away from Mr Freeze, I'm happy. Even before Arnie got near that character, he was rubbish.
