Boris always looks like he is wearing a mop, or maybe a plate of spaghetti, on his head.

And when he plays with his fluff, he resembles those models in shampoo or hair-dye ads, lovingly caressing themselves.

But when he starts gesturing and pointing to the horizon, he's pure Southern Baptist tent preacher. I expect him to pass the collection plate while singing "Onward Christian Soldiers" out of tune.

God, what a strange politician.
