Everyone's been getting this out of proportion, Daniel: it's not the same as the Legs. and Regs. Bill the other year; in fact this is a fairly common type of provision, of a sort that can be found in several of this session's Bills. It simply allows consequential amendment of other Acts - it's not a general power to make sweeping amendments.
