Sarah Palin praises Obama
Sarah Palin prides herself on standing apart from the Republican machine.
So it's perhaps not surprising that you can unearth evidence of her praising Obama and his campaign message.
Here's what she had to say to The New Yorker about the chance of an Obama win in Alaska:
Turning maybe purple in the state means, to me, it’s more independent, it’s not the obsessive partisanship that gets in the way of doing what’s right for this state, and I think on a national level that’s what we’re gonna see.
And about her relationship with the Republican Party:
The G.O.P. leader of the state—we haven’t spoken since I got elected
Still the machine may get to her first. Her praise for Obama's energy plan has already been removed from the Alaska state website. Here's the Google version.
I am pleased to see Senator Obama acknowledge the huge potential Alaska's natural gas reserves represent in terms of clean energy and sound jobs ...
... We have already enjoyed the support of Alaska Senator Ted Stevens, and it is gratifying to see Senator Obama get on board
Hardly in the same league as Biden's comments about McCain.

Let me guess, Rupert Murdoch is supporting Obama.

If Murdoch is supporting Obama, then he's doing so from outside the U.S. The Murdoch-owned media outlets in the U.S., as well as the rest of the corporate-owned media here has been assiduous in downplaying the positives about Obama/Biden.

That's one of the great things about Governor Palin. She puts country, not party, first!

"I am pleased to see Senator Obama acknowledge the huge potential Alaska's natural gas reserves represent in terms of clean energy and sound jobs." Not strong praise for Obama, just congratulating him on finally coming on board.
I like the color purple for the nation, not blue or red. We will need purple to unify this country and work together. Palin has the intelligence to know that neither party is sacrosant...she isn't a party game player. She stands for issues, not party politics. Sounds good to me!
