Andrew Sullivan points out a document that was released last year relating to the CIA's interrogation and detention programme.

 

Hundreds of pages of newly declassified documents have revealed that FBI agents who went to a foreign CIA prison in 2002 found that prisoners were “manacled to the ceiling and subjected to blaring music around the clock.”
