Mary Ann Sieghart and David Aaronovitch have a great understanding of the Labour Party. So it's really worth listening to their discussion on whether David Miliband should have a tilt at the leadership. David says "no": Labour doesn't need a contest, Miliband as PM would be too big a gamble and Gordon Brown would win anyway. Mary Ann is gung-ho, the boy David - a geek with great human skills - can beat Gordon Brown, so he should run.
