2008 Carbon Calculator Round Up
Phew! Someone else has done this, so I don’t have too. And it's a job well done by Pinko Mag (never heard of them until today, but I like it).
Click here to find its list of the various ways you can tot up your carbon-evilness and which works best. Thank you Ben Wyskida for sending me the link!
Personally, I’m not a great one for getting in a fix about the exact size, to the last gram, of my carbon footprint. Most people, if they think about it, probably know their weak spots and what they should be doing to change them. Don't focus on the sums, just do it, as a certain multinational sports company says.

While I found this round-up of carbon calculators to be interesting (and appropriately snarky), it's woefully incomplete because it doesn't include The Nature Conservancy's carbon calculator @ http://www.nature.org/initiatives/climatechange/calculator/
Not only is it the easiest carbon calculator to use, but it's also the most accurate -- because it includes indirect emissions and includes all greenhouse gases, not just carbon dioxide -- and also fully documents its data sources.
I encourage you to give it a shot and see what you think!

Unless I did something wrong, the Natue calculator only seems to be suitable for Americans...
