Beliefnet at least offers free prayers for weight loss but then rather spoils it by plugging "Our 7-day Spiritual Start-Up Plan program developed by Norris Chumley". As for Islam, this site gives some bracing advice from the Quran like
"There is no worse vessel for the son of Aadam to fill than his stomach, but if he must fill it, then let him allow one-third for food, one-third for drink, and one-third for air. "
