Guide to faith with religious playing cards
Bess writes: Following on from the news that the Church of England has produced Beano style comic books to teach primary school children the story of the Nativity, Faith Central readers might enjoy this playing-card guide to religious denominations. This set of tongue-in-cheek online cards found at myconfinedspace.com lists each faith in turn topped with comic-style illustration, and gives it marks out of 10 under the following headings: Age/Wealth/Follower Dedication/Daffiest Doctrine/weapon of choice/easily offended.
For Secularist/Atheist/Humanist, the weapon of choice is listed as:
Logic/Reason/Science/Sarcasm and Dawkins, while the weapon of choice for the Jehovah’s Witness card is “foot in door.” As for the wealth of the Church of England (score 8/10) the answer is £4 billion – what a lot of coffee mornings! Great fun.

J, but it's an accurate description. Kudos to the creators who made a point of the fact that some Muslims are unstable, humourless bullies. They need to be called on what they are, and they need to be forced to acknowlege their wrongs and deal with them. I have no sympathy for them any longer, and will not regain it until they earn it.

I'm all in favour of derision, contempt and mockery - especially mockery. It's one thing that people who think too highly of themselves can't stand! (That includes me, sometimes.)
