Airline sacrifices goats to solve technical faults

Nepal airlines, plagued by technical faults, has resorted to sacrificing two goats to the Hindu deity of the skies Akash Bhairav. The sacrificial goats were slaughtered on the runway in front of the airline's two Boeing planes. "The snag in the plane has now been fixed and the aircraft has resumed its flights," said Raju K.C., a senior airline official.
