Nebuchadnezzar's eunuch: he was real
The name of Nebuchadnezzar II's chief eunuch, mentioned in a particularly bloodthirsty passage of the book of Jeremiah, has reportedly
been found in a fragment in the British Museum by a visiting Assyriologist. This can, cautiously, be taken as an indication of the historical truth of the Old Testament. Which is rather awesome. This is the cuneiform fragment. It's a receipt.
