Don't Even Bother Replacing Him

Gudmundsson

The board obviously run the club so let them sit on the bench, pick the team and take the flak from the press and fans. From a club that are renowned for long serving managers one is forced out after 71 games at the club. He isn't the most flamboyant of guys in the world but he quietly set about his task and had us performing quite well over the last couple of seasons. The boards of all premier league clubs need to realise that not everybody can be a 'top four' club and that managers should be judged on the teams they choose to put out from players they have purchased.

Bilic is more than likely going to have a pop at Premier League management but he is only proven at international level. Other than that who else is there? And is the new manager going to let the board run the club?

I don't think Curbs will go into another appointment that quickly but I wish him well in what he does. I feel he has been hard done by.

Still, the club moves on to another chapter in it's history, and they have my continued support.
