Bring Back Military Hospitals

The Prime Minister's attempts to curry favour with the public through his Downing Street petitions have backfired badly with more than 1.5 million people voting against plans for a Big Brother style vehicle tracking system. But my preferred Downing Street petition is one calling for the return of dedicated military hospitals. Given the extent to which the prime minister has been willing to send our troops into danger it seems only sensible and fair. This is the text of the petition posted by Joseph O'Gorman.  I urge you all to sign it now.

"We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to Bring back dedicated military hospitals and provide adequate facilities (non NHS) for members of the Armed Forces who are injured or disabled in the course of their duties."
