Web 0.6: Does Gordon drink bottled water rather than tap?
GB has launched, in his words, a "new exciting new initiative" this morning which involves answering questions on YouTube which have been submitted on YouTube. Webcam
eron-tastic and certainly good to see the new "digital media" specialists in Number 10 earning their salary. Hurry - there are just 33 days left to submit a question for the PM's new "regular" slot.
Of course, almost every video submitted by users will be ruled out of order because of the instruction: "Please keep your questions to around 30 seconds long, with no party political content."
We also want to tackle the big issues. Like is that bottled water in the fridge in the right hand corner of the Downing Street office? What is the pile of boxes next to the clock? And why the YouTube plug... what's wrong with Google Video (obviously same owner)

Well, YouTube is also owned by Google so what difference does it make?

HOW THE HELL IS THIS A STORY?

Doesn't matter anyway, he will be out of office before he has time to answer!

Ive noticed MP's drink bottled water, usually Highland Spring. It mixes well with whiskey and does not contain fluoride. Why does my tap water taste like a diluted swimming pool?

Is my eyesight worse than I thought? What fridge? I see the edge of a fire surround. Which bottles? I see a row of DVD/CD cases on the mantelpiece. The PM comes up with rubbish like this and we ask such trivial questions? Why not, "How come you have so much time to waste, Gordon?" or "Who's running the country while you're playing?" instead?

Hi @JON
the video above is not showing full on this page. you can see the right side is cropped. click on video it will take you to youtube, where in the full video you can see the bottles on bottom right corner. :)

Quite apt, really. Gordon the Bottler.

Gutless creep Brown, why do you need so much time to answer questions? Is it so you can use your new online spying system to track down the nasty questions?
Posted by: Dichard Rawkins | 21 May 2008 22:55:48
I like the way he gives us suggestions for questions as if we cant think of any ourselves.
Posted by: Robert Ward | 22 May 2008 08:12:25
I hope the text of all submitted questions are shown. I would guess that only those questions that Brown thinks he has a good answer for will be broadcast.
Posted by: Roger Parkes | 22 May 2008 11:05:54
Gordon will not be broadcasting much longer, it's back to webcameron.
