Occasional comedian Graham Rowntree on form in England's press conference earlier today.

It has got to the stage when we are asking these guys how they feel - how proud of their achievements etc.

First question to John Wells who answered with typical earnestness: "I regard myself as very lucky, very fortunate. It's a privilege to be here as part of the coaching team. We've got the possibility of making history."

Then to Rowntree.

Q: You just missed out on 2003. Are you bitter about that? Or does this make up for it?

A: "I'm not bitter about 2003 at all. The only thing that made 2003 alright for me was Austin Healey being flown out for five days and then being told he wasn't needed at all."
