Cool Operator for smooth success
At the 6-1 offered this morning by Skybet, Cool Operator (3.50 Catterick) looks a good bet to finally justify his tall home reputation.
Winner of his only start in a point-to-point last year, he was made favourite for a red-hot bumper at Aintree on his debut under Rules. He shaped better than a finishing position of tenth suggests there, as he raced too close to an overly strong early pace, and again showed that he has plenty of ability when third on his first start over hurdles here last month. This drop back to two miles should suit and he can outclass this field.
On the betting exchanges, Silca Destination (4.10 Lingfield Park) should be opposed. She has been in good heart of late, winning her past two starts, but faces her toughest test yet under top weight in this competitive contest and she is likely to struggle. Lay her for a place at around 1.4.

That was a great call Rob! Well done! I am gutted I had to work today and thus could not share this great tip!
Keep up the good work!
