West Brom best at 12-5
West Bromwich Albion should be backed at the 12-5 chalked up by VC Bet to boost their hopes of securing automatic promotion by winning away to a faltering Charlton Athletic side in the Coca-Cola Championship at The Valley on Good Friday. The match kicks off at 4.45pm and is live on Sky.
Despite taking just a solitary point from their past two games, both at home, the Baggies remain well placed to secure their return to the riches of the Premiership, sitting fourth, five points behind the pacesetting pair of Stoke and Bristol City but with two games in hand.
And, if a return of one point from home games with Crystal Palace and Leicester can be viewed as a setback, it is nothing compared to the slump that Charlton find themselves in, the Addicks losing their past three league matches and winning just one of their past eight starts, slipping to tenth in the table.
West Brom ran out 4-2 victors in the reverse league fixture in December and also had the last word when the sides met again in the third round of the FA Cup the following month, winning on penalties after two stalemates.
West Brom have failed to score in only four of their 37 league matches this season, notching a divisional high of 73 goals.
Charlton are a best-priced 31-20 with VC Bet, who offer 9-5 about a draw.
