Draw leaves United 1-3 for title
Manchester United have eased in the betting for the Barclays Premier League after dropping points in a 2-2 draw at Middlesbrough on Sunday, but they are still 1-3 with William Hill to land the title (from 1-5).
Chelsea are 5-2 with Arsenal, who visit Old Trafford next weekend, at 14-1.
For those reluctant to take a short price about United landing the league, Hills have opened a book on their winning margin. They bet: 6-5 1-3 points, 9-4 not to win it, 5-2 four points or more, 10-1 on goal difference.
With the season’s finishing line in sight, Hills offer 4-9 that no more Premier League managers will leave their clubs this season.
However, if one is to go, Hills bet: 13-2 Gary Megson, 8-1 Roy Hodgson, 10-1 Avram Grant, 12-1 Rafa Benitez, Steve Coppell, 16-1 others.
