Our favourite eco-friendly footwear
Fretting about your environmental footprint? Worried your shoes aint got no soul? Low impact footwear seems to have come a long way since the day I swapped the walking boots off my feet in Nairobi in exchange for a soapstone chessboard and a pair of flipflops recycled (and barely disguised) from freshly wrecked car tyres (which caused near instant bleeding of the foot and a barefoot walk home).
