Live, Surf, Travel - Not A Bad Life

North_shore_tow_surf_contest_2008 There's some good stuff over on the peripatetic Simon Jayham's blog, including the news that Cardiff and Newquay will once again be connected by air thanks to Skybus, an interesting snippet about flow rider machines and the gnarly North Shore poster reproduced here.

Pipe_girl_surfer Simon is also responsible for the second picture. It can be found on the Magic Seaweed site and was taken during the Welsh big wave rider's recent visit to Oahu. Must have been hell for him but surely not as dangerous as his impending trip to Madeira - with The Gill.

I've noticed that this site has been featuring highly attractive female surfers a lot lately. The balance should be redressed, so that males start appearing with equal frequency.

I bet that doesn't stay on when she duckdives. Totally impractical.

Seconding what Astute Observer said. Is it related to the meet up with the man-in-charge-of-blogs at the Times?

It's not - and that's the truth (honest). It's more to do with a couple of 'attractive female surfer' things happening at once. Back to Portakabins asap...

Watch you don't land yourself in hot water Alex... it's Portakabins TM
