In case your readers are struggling to reconcile their image of your rugged surfing/skating/boxing lifestyle with a blatant endorsement of .... COMFY SLIPPERS! ... I should point out that a 12ft swell at 13 secs is forecast for your local break on Friday.

What will it be: a tough paddle-out at Sennen - or "bonding with your couch", Homey-style?

Hi Neil,
Thanks for the pressure! I'll be there BUT with a chronic groin strain I'm not sure how wise this will be. That said, I'm craving a decent wave after my Bajan paradise sessions so can't wait. And besides, there's only so long a man like me can spend in his Homeys...
