"Manuelgate" makes internet stars of Jonathan Ross, Russell Brand and Georgina Baillie

The Jonathan Ross and Russell Brand outrage/storm in a teacup (delete as appropriate) is gripping the country. See graphs for Google searches of the two comedians below.

One other stat worthy of note - Georgina Baillie, the Satanic Slut at the heart of the row, now has more than ten times the searches for Britney Spears, the queen of Google searches. An internet star is born.

If you choose this lifestyle/image then expect the flack that comes with it

From almost nobody into almost somebody in an almost short space of time. Excellent.

How to become a celebrity overnight! Somewhat easier than the route taken by Russell Brand and Jane Goody, but just as controversial. It's an indication of how inane TV and radio have become, and how easily pleased are certain British audiences.
