Manchester City fans - who do you want?

Markhughes300Thaksin Shinawatra made his move yesterday by dumping Sven-Goran Eriksson, which was no surprise when it happened but still raised a few eyebrows when you consider the job he did over the season.

Obviously, the Thai has high standards - as do most Manchester City fans. But how high are they? What is a realistic target for the club and who should guide them there?

Mark Hughes appears to top the wanted list for the owners, but is he your choice too? What has Hughes got that Eriksson hasn't? Perhaps you fancy Roberto Mancini, the coach recently sacked by Inter Milan after guiding them to the Serie A title? His son, Filippo, is already on the youth books at the City of Manchester Stadium. What about Luiz Felipe Scolari, the Portugal coach? The credentials are there and although the trail appears to have gone cold, Thaksin's shiny baht can be a powerful lure. Then there's Sam Allardyce, touted as a possible replacement for Hughes at Blackburn but very much a big man for the big job.

Who do you want? Vote below and if you choose "other", let us know in the comment box who it is.

i think mark hughes is definately the man for the city job, as he is a good and high standerd manager and more of the city fans would prefer to have him as a manager of the manchester city side. hughes will not be sacked as quickly as errickson was but i do believe mark hughes will put city up in the higher rankings of the premiership. COME ON CITY. LETS HOPE WE GET HUGHES.....
