Abramovich has already spend a lot of money to keep Scolari happy. While, with the special one, after he gave him brilliant titles, he did not spend a dime for players that Mourinho wanted. This happened when the team was full of injuries. Since Mourinho's exit, the club has not sold any of his players and has signed talents as Anelka, and now the fantastic: Bosingwa and Deco (a player that Mourinho built up in Porto, that was convinced by Scolari to go to Chelsea and not Inter while they were in the Portugal national team).
Robinho is a good player.

Indeed, Robinho isn't a 25 mill player, he isn't even injured!! If Robben is a 25 mill player, Robinho will cost chelsea at least 30. I'm sure Roman can spare 30 mill to keep his manager happy!

Chelsea have been mugged in the transfer market yet again.
Roque Santa Cruz appears on his way out of Blackburn and on this weekend's evidence I'd pick Villa over Man City.
