Nayim (previously of Tottenham Hotspur) scored for Real Zaragoza in the 1995 Cup Winners’ Cup final; Gheorghe Popescu (previously of Tottenham) converted the winning penalty in a shoot-out for Galatasaray in the 2000 Uefa Cup final; and Juliano Belletti (later of Chelsea) scored for Barcelona in the 2006 Champions League final.
