I am watching the live game at Anfield and have just seen a blatant form of cheating yet again by a professional footballer.Torres ran acroos Evra who didn't touch him Torres 'tripped' himself and the ref. again fell for it.A few moments later Evra was booked presumably for persistent fouling. When Eduardo dived he was pilloried for it.How about some action against Torres?
I am neither a Liverpool nor Man U.supporter.Nor am I a gooner.

With regard to Celtic joining the English Premier League
Why don't the two Glasgow giants create sister clubs, let's call them Glasgow Celtic and Glasgow Rangers, with whom they would ground share, and enter them into the English league structure at as high a point as they are allowed?
These sister clubs could be used as a replacement for their existing reserve teams and quite simply over time the original clubs could transfer an increasing amount of resource to them as these clubs climb through the football pyramid until eventually they rise to the English Premier League at which point they become the main arm of their parent club.
In this way Celtic and Rangers can move in a natural way to the EPL whilst still maintaining representation north of the border where they would be on a more equal footing with their peers.
What do you think?
