Is the concept of "two-party system" particularly difficult to express in Sanskrit, or something? That's an awfully long translation...

Prove me wrong, but the only place you see Sanskrit in Japan is on wooden grave markers. Perhaps a little like Latin in UK; intended to impress rather than communicate.
