McCain's task for tonight

In the lead-up to tonight's big speech by John McCain, CQ Politics has a must-read piece on what he needs to accomplish. The gist: He needs to reach out to independent voters and moderate Democrats. Sarah Palin's speech last night was about motivating the base. McCain's speech tonight must be about expanding it.
