Why Peggy Noonan should be believed

Blog_hstrange_2_3 After an off-mic discussion at MSNBC was leaked with somewhat embarrassing consequences,  Republican guru Peggy Noonan has insisted that her comment "It's over" was not meant as a reference to the McCain campaign.
