False memory syndrome

It’s not uncommon for us to ‘remember’ events that didn’t happen, especially in domestic arguments. But when you’re the most powerful man in the world, and your every waking moment is recorded on camera, those strange little slips can come back to haunt you. Sinister or Silly? You decide.

There is nothing sinister in this, high stress moments are often inaccurately recalled, imagine the information overload President Bush got that day. Remember some of the witness statements you have heard from people who have seen crimes or car crashes ?
