How bad is Maccy D's?

Despite increased publicity about obesity, McDonald’s sold more burgers in the UK last year than ever before. So just how bad is a Big Mac? Dr Gourmet’s website lists the calorie and fat content of the lesser evils at fast-food joints such as Maccy D’s, Burger King and Subway. What they say about cheeseburgers being better for your diet than a salad does seem to be true.
