2015BST J & J get their trophy

Alicia Molik and Jonas Bjorkman get their runners-up plate first, and then it's the Js picking up their first Grand Slam doubles trophy. The crowd, as you'd expect, go wild. Jamie and Jelena laugh roundly at their over-emotional parents, then Jelena demands a kiss from her partner. Bless. Now they've got this title, perhaps they can now fall desperately in love and get married and have lots of bouncing tennis-playing babies, like Kirsten Dunst and Paul Bettany in 'Wimbledon'. I'm sure we'll have reports of the Js' flirtatious press conference banter later, but that's the end of our live coverage today. Thanks for your company.

2011BST Murray/Jankovic win by three sets to one

It's Jankovic serving, and it's fitting that her serve and her partner's fleet footwork should take them to three Championship points. Jankovic serves, Bjorkman returns, Murray plays it back across the net, it's in, and that is the title for this unseeded duo. Judy Murray is crying, Andy Murray is wreathed in smiles, and the Js are celebrating hand-in-hand.

2008BST Bjorkman/Molik 1 Murray/Jankovic 5 (one set all)

"We love you, Jelena!" shouts a man from the crowd, who is clearly old enough to know better. Ms Jankovic's mum finds this hilarious. It does the trick, though - the Js break, and they're serving for the title.

2002BST Bjorkman/Molik 1 Murray/Jankovic 4 (one set all)

"Another game closer to the title," says Greg Rusedski, master of stating the obvious. "They're having so much fun out there, and that's taking the pressure off them."

2000BST Bjorkman/Molik 1 Murray/Jankovic 3 (one set all)

"They know they can break Molik," says Mark Petchey. Possibly, but it's the power of Jonas Bjorkman that gets the pair their first game in this decider.

1956BST Bjorkman/Molik 0 Murray/Jankovic 3 (one set all)

And as I type that, Jankovic double-faults on her serve and returns into the net twice, allowing her opponents three break points. It's Jamie Murray's forehand at the net past Molik that saves the first, team-work saving the second, and a rifled Jankovic forehand from the base-line saving the third. The Js move to advantage from deuce, and somehow they've rescued this game.

1952BST Bjorkman/Molik 0 Murray/Jankovic 2 (one set all)

Jelena Jankovic is truly magnificent. She's terrorising Alicia Molik, and the Js break early in this third and final set - in fact, they've yet to drop a point.

1949BST Bjorkman/Molik 0 Murray/Jankovic 1 (one set all)

The Js hold their serve, and this is going to be another tight deciding set, duked out all the way.

1945BST Bjorkman/Molik 6 Murray/Jankovic 3 (one set all)

It looks as though it's going to be a predictable love service game for Jonas Bjorkman, but then both Js manage to save one set point each. The venerable Swede does manage to power past the despairing Jankovic to take this second set, and it's into a decider.

1942BST Bjorkman/Molik 5 Murray/Jankovic 3 (Murray/Jankovic lead by one set to love)

Jamie Murray holds his serve and cuts the deficit in this second set to two games. That means Jonas Bjorkman will now be serving for the set.

1939BST Bjorkman/Molik 5 Murray/Jankovic 2 (Murray/Jankovic lead by one set to love)

The Js break back, saving a couple of set points, and Jelena Jankovic is playing some fabulous cross-court shots, assessing some acute angles with razor-sharp ability.

1935BST Bjorkman/Molik 5 Murray/Jankovic 1 (Murray/Jankovic lead by one set to love)

As the Js discuss where they are going to place the serve to save the break point, they burst into contagious giggles. It doesn't help, though, and Bjorkman and Molik take the game.

1931BST Bjorkman/Molik 4 Murray/Jankovic 1 (Murray/Jankovic lead by one set to love)

Is Jonas Bjorkman really only 35?  He seems to have been around forever. "We love you, Jamie!" shout some very young ladies in the crowd. That might be what puts him off and forces him to return into the net, losing the break point.

1927BST Bjorkman/Molik 3 Murray/Jankovic 1 (Murray/Jankovic lead by one set to love)

Ooh, and Bjorkman breaks on Jelena Jankovic's serve.

1922BST Bjorkman/Molik 2 Murray/Jankovic 1 (Murray/Jankovic lead by one set to love)

Another comfortable hold, this time on Alicia Molik's serve.

1918BST Bjorkman/Molik 1 Murray/Jankovic 1 (Murray/Jankovic lead by one set to love)

The Js hold on Murray's serve, with the final point given to them as Molik slices wide once more.

1916BST Bjorkman/Molik 1 Murray/Jankovic 0 (Murray/Jankovic lead by one set to love)

Bjorkman holds his serve and takes this game in four minutes.

1913BST Bjorkman/Molik 4 Murray/Jankovic 6

Murray and Jankovic hold and take the first set! How exciting! They really are looking a very solid partnership.

1909BST Bjorkman/Molik 4 Murray/Jankovic 5

"Attack the person who's not feeling so good out there," advises Greg Rusedski, and that's what Jankovic and Murray are doing. Alicia Molik is the recipient of their brutal treatment, and they break.

1907BST Bjorkman/Molik 4 Murray/Jankovic 4

Jankovic aces to save the break point, and they go on to hold. Alicia Molik seems puzzled and unsettled by Jamie Murray's cross-court scurrying.

1901BST Bjorkman/Molik 4 Murray/Jankovic 3

The first challenge of the match as Bjorkman and Molik query an in call, which is proved correct. It makes no odds; they hold.

1859BST Bjorkman/Molik 3 Murray/Jankovic 3

"Excellent doubles," muses Mark Petchey, as Murray and Jankovic hold. He'd know. He lost the final of the invitation doubles with Chris Wilkinson earlier today, beaten 6-2 6-2 by Jacco Eltingh and Paul Haarhuis.

1855BST Bjorkman/Molik 3 Murray/Jankovic 2

Jankovic really is playing exceptionally well. Her work takes the partnership to break point on two occasions, but she and Murray can't quite do enough to press the advantage.

1848BST Bjorkman/Molik 2 Murray/Jankovic 2

Jankovic holds her serve, and the Js are level. The BBC decide this is a suitable point to end their coverage on one terrestrial channel, and switch it to another, with a sizeable delay, meaning we miss the first two points of the fifth game.

1846BST Bjorkman/Molik 2 Murray/Jankovic 1

Fantastic returning from Jelena Jankovic means she and her partner break back immediately. They take their seats for a quick rest, and sit there grinning at each other.

1843BST Bjorkman/Molik 2 Murray/Jankovic 0

Jelena Jankovic said yesterday that Jamie Murray must earn his kisses from her. He got one kiss for winning the quarter-final with her, two for the semi-final, and if they win this match, she has promised to kiss him all over.  Goodness.  It's early doors, but they're broken here, and the more senior partnership takes the lead in this match.

1839BST Bjorkman/Molik 1 Murray/Jankovic 0

Bless Jamie Murray and Jelena Jankovic. They look like they're enjoying their tennis so much - even when they drop a point, they still have smiles on their faces. Jonas Bjorkman's been around and about the top of the doubles scene for years and years, but this Murray/Jankovic partnership, put together on a whim, pushes him and Alicia Molik all the way in the opening game. They secure a break point before Bjorkman aces to bring it back to deuce, and then utterly flukes a sliced backhand over the net for the advantage.

1832BST Time for J & J

The players are on court, and it's Jonas Bjorkman to serve in the first set of this mixed doubles final.

1815BST Other results

While we've been distracted for nigh on four hours with the events on Centre Court, matches have been going on elsewhere.

In the final of the women's doubles, Cara Black and Liezel Huber have beaten Katarina Srebotnik and Ai Sugiyama, 3-6 6-3 6-2.

The wheelchair doubles was won by Robin Ammerlaan and Ronald Vink, who beat Shingo Kunieda and Satoshi Saida, 4-6 7-5 6-2.

Stick with us here on Times Online, though, because there's one more match to come on Centre Court - Jamie Murray and Jelena Jankovic take on Jonas Bjorkman and Alicia Molik in the final of the mixed doubles.

1809BST Sue Barker interviews Roger Federer

"He's going to be around for so much longer," says Roger Federer of his opponent, "so I'm winning all I can before he wins them all." Sue Barker asks the champion if he has a message for Bjorn Borg. He says: "I don't speak Swedish well enough! But thank you for coming, and it's an honour to play in front of you."
